The Men's Bible Study Group has resumed with the study of 2 Thessalonians from Max Lucado's Life Lessons . David Herreman is the facilitator.
The Naomi Circle is a group composed of women from the church. Non church members also attend and are welcome. They meet on the third Tuesday of each month from August - May at 9:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. This year they will be studying Cloud of Witnesses: the Community of Christ in Hebrews. It was written by Melissa Bane Sevier and will be taught by Sandra Giesler and Becky Hauth.
First Presbyterian Church has a caring Intercessory Prayer Ministry. We invite you to join us every Saturday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the Prayer Room for one hour of intercessory prayer. We intercede for the sick, the unsaved, our city, our community, our leaders, our families, and much more.
The Choir welcomes all who have a desire to sing the glorious music of the Church. The rehearsals are at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings. A wide repertoire of traditional music is explored and celebrated during the Sunday service. All are invited! Dr. Migeun Chung, Ph.D. graduate from UNT fantastically leads musical praise with our choir at First Presbyterian Church.
On the 2nd Saturday of the month at 4 pm in the Fellowship Hall, members gather for Game Night.
On the last Sunday of the month, church members meet in the Fellowship Hall after the service to share a Potluck Meal.
